Purchased coins on Saturday night, srill no coins, stated transaction fsiled. No customer service number.
Customer has been kept informed via email at all times. Error was due to a limit at the exchange which could not be changed on a Sunday as they do not have weekend support. Issue was resolved first thing on Monday morning and transaction completed successfully. Detailed explanation sent to the customer.
