I just tried to change CHF->BTC and the machine would not accept any bill (old / new, no difference), it just spits them back out.
Sorry for the inconvenience, the machine works perfectly again.
out of 20 bills the ATM only accepted one. All different valued bills, from 10-100 CHF, inserted in every possible way. ATM just folds and scrambles them and eject it. Unusable.
machine is since 10 days out of order but i cant understand why nobody can repair it. pls change status to cbroken
Sorry for the inconvenience. We changed a defective part. The machine is operational again. Thank you for using our service thank you for your understanding.
Works as expected! Good price, nice location. Best price in Switzerland.
Some not so nice things about this ATM:
- ATM requires a cell phone number to sell
- ATM limits selling to 200CHF without scanning your ID
- No hours of operation posted on EY lobby making this a pain to visit.
need more ATM s in Europe like that with buy and sell option.
no one in Berlin :(((
Very good fees (cheapest way to buy & sell Bitcoin for CHF cash). Works great, cool location. ATM looks very nice.
