not working, went in here about 15 mins ago and it was down.
Hello there! We apologize for any downtime you may have experienced. Sometimes the internet connection can drop suddenly. When this happens the machine will read as "down". However, most of the time if you touch the touch screen or the pin pad, the screen will come back on as normal. Also when this happens, the machine is never down for more than a few minutes. National Bitcoin ATM wants to ensure maximum uptime.
Just left there and bitcoin machine is out of order

However, this message can sometimes pop up if there are internet issues at the location. If for some reason you see this message try hitting the PIN pad or touching the screen. Or if that doesn't work you can always call our support line at 949.431.5122

The machine has taped note that it is not operational.
We apologize for any inconvenience! The machine is 100% operational. There should be no note saying that it is non-operational. If for some reason you saw something like this it was most likely put there maliciously. You should be good to go when using the machine. If you have any further questions be sure to ask us over at firstname.lastname@example.org
Update, National Bitcoin ATM finally did get back to me seeing as it was New Years weekend and they were understaffed. It took a little work on my part but they did credit my account last night. The staff member was really friendly and helpful in the process. I will use this ATM again.
Just a white screen. No way to buy anything at all
We apologize for any inconvenience that this must have caused you. We strive to make sure our machines are always up and working for our customers. Reliability is very important to us.
The machine is reporting as operational and there have been transactions at the machine meaning it should 100% be operational. Sometimes when this happens if you touch the screen it will bring you to the correct screen to buy Bitcoin.

Thanks for being a loyal customer.
This atm took $120 from me and never sent it to my wallet. I have received one email back from nationbitcoinatm saying they would be in contact with me shortly. This was 3 days ago and I've still yet to hear back from them.
