Is working and easy to use, though parking is a pain
I drove from Philly to withdrawal from your machine. Yesterday' I spoke to a rep that said everything was working. When I arrived it didn't. The rep I spoke to went out of his way to meet me to correct the situation!!! Awesome customer service.
It was nice to meet you, thank you for the kind words. :)
Out of order when I went and tried to use the machine
Our apologies, the ATM was offline for 7 hours on July 8th due to a malfunctioning 4G hotspot. We have replaced the defective component and expect the ATM to be very reliable in the future.
