These Vaerdex ATMs seem to be poorly maintained.
The operators support seem to take forever!
The machine jammed during withdrawal 6 full days ago and since then I'm trying to get my coins refunded. Emails sent, support tickets opened.
Is this a serious operator?

it works. the bitcoin atm is in seestr. 3 hotel hecht, but no sign with hotel hecht, you go there by reception seestr. 1
The Hotel is closed, i want buy bitcoin 5 März 2018 at 13 Uhr. Nobody there, a women clean the window i ask to come inside but he dont answer me. The Door was closed an there is no bell. A sign say to ask reception to go bitcoin atm but the door is closed and you can not go to reception.
