When withdrawal failed, I did send an email to email@example.com before leaving a negative review. It has been over a month and still no response, and no refund.
There's no way to tell who you are through a Coin ATM Radar review. If you want you'd still like your ticket to be addressed, please call in during the day, or submit a new ticket addressing the first one.
Withdrawals are unavailable. I have a picture as proof.

Withdraw cash is broken. Did not receive my cash, still no response from support, and next day ticket was marked as "redeemed". Use at your own risk!
Dispensing of cash does not work occasionally. If you contacted us via email@example.com, it would have been resolved.
The ATM is very straight forward when it comes to learning on how to use it. The new lightning network for bitcoin is so much faster, it only took about 30 min. for the withdrawal approval to go through for my large sale of Bitcoin.
Came back later, grabbed the money and left.
Never had a problem.
Thanks for leaving a review . We're glad you had no trouble using our machines. If you ever do, you can call or email us at any time.

I tried to withdraw $200 on Monday and machine ran into an error. Emailed support right away but haven't received a refund or even a response. Be careful trying to withdraw from this machine!
My BTC was delivered very quickly and efficiently. Service is excellent.
It was great that you found our service to be excellent. It looks like you may have submitted this review as a negative comment on our ATM. Would you be able to remove it and change it to a positive one to reflect you review?
Tried to withdraw cash from ATM, but machine dispensed only 3 out of the 10 bills it owed, and then stopped, displaying an transaction failed message. Called customer support and was told to send in an email to get a refund for the remaining amount. Sent in 2 emails but did not receive a response.
Your transaction was refunded to the specified bitcoin address in email. Please feel free to email email@example.com if you have any other questions.
Do you recognize the receipt I sent you?
My purchase is not visible in Blockchain.
If not in Blockchain, then accordingly there is no transaction id.
When buying Bitcoin in your ATM you give the customers a transaction id?
You have to look a receipt and sort things out themselves.
All our machines provide a transaction ID after purchase. Please provide the transaction ID to our customer support by calling 1-877-412-2646 and we can resolve your problem right away!
I buy Bitcoin two days ago using your ATM.
Bitcoin is still not deposited in my wallet.
Please contact me as soon as possible to solve this problem!
We have received your support request. Please provide your transaction ID via the email we sent you and we can manually push out the funds.
Lowest rate I found for an Bitcoin ATM around the area, check them out.
Used it twice thus far. It works well. The cost is somewhat high. 7%-8% from my calculations relating to market value. And it was not operational once for 40 hours.
