Do not use this service. I lost 70 pounds at ATM
After inserting 70 pounds into the ATM I came across the message "Out of service" suddenly before even sending the purchased bitcoins to my wallet. I called and then they said they could recover my bitcoins back. Since 19 July, they have not resolved.
Sorry for the inconvenience caused, we had to make sure this transaction had occured at one of our machines. As you waited so long to report this issue, it would take a longer duration to locate the transaction. Glad to this has no been resolved
Tried visiting this shop to use the ATM on a Sunday, shop was closed, despite being advertised as being open on this very website.
I visited this shop on Wednesday 21st June and was unable to buy bitcoin because the machine said that my paper money was not pristine enough. It seems that the machine only wants brand-new paper money! I plan to try again later this month.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused, as advised on the machines dashboard, any worn out or crumpled notes will be rejected by the validator
