BitNational had an agent function the ATM this morning with each denomination of bill and the acceptor is functioning properly. The scanner on the acceptor can sometimes be clouded by residue on dirty bills and therefore please try the bill upside down if it does not work face up. If issues persist please contact us directly at (587)834-2646 or (778)952-2646.
