Ive been to this machine twice and both times it said macbine was out of bitcoins. Avoid this
Apologize for the inconvenience, not sure what happened the time before, but we had an issue with our node for about 20 minutes earlier this morning which is why it through that error. The terminal is now functional and ready for use.
Wouldn’t scan wallet QR code. Idk why this needs 50 characters.
Hi, from the looks of our logs, there have been multiple transactions today at the terminal with no other reports of non-scanning QR codes. Please feel free to give us a call at 877-757-2646 and we'd be more than happy to assist with troubleshooting this problem. Sometimes, certain wallets can contain odd URI parameters that may cause the code not to scan at the terminal, or, if purchasing coins such as LTC, we've disabled support for legacy P2SH (3- addresses) and only support newer M- addresses.
