There is a notice stuck on the machine that says out of order
Hello there - This machine is working fine and has completed quite a few trades today. Please note that our machines will display a message on the screen itself to indicate if they are not working: we will not post a paper note on the kiosk. In the future, if you notice any “out-of-service” notes that are placed on the machine, please report this directly to us by calling or texting 917-789-5251 or by emailing us at email@example.com. We offer free tech support to our users and we will be able to inform you immediately if a machine is working or if it is out of service.
