The machine took my money but didn't deposit money to my wallet. I have contacted the operator several times and left messages without any reply. Would like to report the machine as "not working" to prevent other customers from going through the same problem while i track down the operator.

Glad we were able to resolve your issue. We were installing an update on our machine which led to the delay in sending coins. Apologies again for any inconvenience. Our machine is now operational as of 9/18/18.

Successfully sell and redeemed. Works perfectly. Operator helped me when I had an error- very professional and responsive. Rates are very cheap only -4% to sell. Happy customer here!

Sent the wrong amount for a cash-out transaction so I wasn't able to retrieve my cash from the machine. I emailed support and they were able to send the coins back to my wallet within 1-2 hours!

Machine would not function with any ether transactions at the time of operation. Also poor location and high transaction fee. Would not recommend using this atm

Hello - We apologize for any inconvenience that you may have experienced with our Ethereum transactions. Our Ethereum wallet is currently undergoing maintenance and will be operational again this week. Bitcoin and Litecoin sales/purchases are still operational.

In regards to high transaction fees, we offer the lowest transaction rates throughout DC, MD, and VA. We are happy to price match if you find a cheaper ATM in the surrounding area. Our location is two blocks from 2 metro lines and has plenty of street parking. Furthermore, our ATM is inside of a market on the first floor of a safe residential building.
