I have deposited and bought 3000Rand at this ATM this morning but only half of the funds reflected at the recipient. Please urgently correct, I could see the amount tally was unusually slow
I bought Bitcoin of 12,500 rands which is about $870 USD
My first purchase was 10500 rands
Second purchase was 2000 rands
I only received $443.4 USD Which is 6399.19 South Africa rand in my blockchain wallet. this is so cruel

Tried to buy BTC at their ATM, but their ATM reported a failure, have been trying to get my money back from them since december 2019. Have done several emails to which they never replied one single time. Very very very bad service, and apparently an ATM which does not always work

You can find the ATM at the Nelson Mandela Bridge of Sandton City just to the right of the Samsung Store.
