Works for buying but no selling. In fact it does not even give the option to sell.
This was due to an issue with the note dispenser which has now been replaced. All systems are fully operational again now.
Sold Bitcoin for cash here no problem and bought lunch at Nincomsoup while I waited for confirmations, great experience.
That's great thank you for the positive feedback! Hope you have a great day.
Worked the last two times I was there last week. It takes *forever* to recognise your QR code, but gets there in the end. Minimum deposit is £20 but after the first you £20 you can top up with £10s.
Thanks for the feedback! You should now find it easier to scan your code at the machine. Also we are working with our manufacturers to try and work out a more elegant way enforcing the £20 minimum as many people naturally will have £10's and £5's which will hopefully be implemented soon.
Initially would not accept even a £10’ purchase as this was above the allowed limit and now is not responding when attempting to scan QR code.
The machine has a £20 minimum purchase. Due to limitations of the way the machinery handles money the manufacturer has decided the best way to enforce a £20 minimum is by the first note being a £20 note. We are working with them to produce a more elegant solution.
With regard to the QR scanner this has now been rectified and the machine is fully operational again. If you'd ever like an update before making a journey you can contact us via the instant chat on our site or on our helpdesk at 02030266037 Monday - Friday until 6pm and Saturday until 2pm
the atm was not working when I visited three days ago.
Thank you for that. The machine is online and fully operational. If you call the helpdesk on 02030266037 when you're at the machine normally they can make it work for you.
BTC to fiat works here! I've wasted two days trying to find a Bitcoin ATM in London that's not out of service for crypto to fiat, and after yesterday's apparent receipt paper outage, I finally sold BTC for cash successfully.
Thank you for your feedback!
The machine did not print a receipt with QR code for two attempted crypto to fiat transactions on 17 Oct 2017. Perhaps it was out of paper.
Unfortunately the paper feed had malfunctioned at this time but is 100% working now. Sorry for any inconvenience caused by this. If in the future you'd like an update before making a journey feel free to contact us on 02030266037 until 6pm Mon-Fri and until 2pm on Sat.
Cannot sell at this Bitcoin atm only buy option is available for some reason, waste of my time
Due to huge demand to sell for cash, machine had run out of money. The next closest two way machine is Rathbone News near Tottenham Court Rd station.

Terrible terrible experience. Tried to purchase £40 of coins and 48 hours later still zero confirmations. Support are condescending and do not listen but instead send useless twitter links. They wing it on fees which are not adjusted according to traffic and mempool size. Do not use!
Waited around for over an hour, after calling i returned 4 hours later to find money still was not coming out machine. after 13 tx confirmation!!!, no explanation why this happened, no apology, waste of time.
Apologies for any inconvenience.
