Ive used this atm many times before. When initiating my buy, the screen froze and called the customer service line. The agent was very helpful , atm was working instantly after she manually worked on it.

On instacoin i cannot sell my bitcoins at ottawa groceria atm. Its written that the minimum is 200 but maximun is 40 $

There is a minimum sale amount of $200 when starting a transaction with the "Pre-sell Bitcoin Online" application, only (there is no such minimum at the machine, only the smallest bill that can be dispensed). You seem to have started a transaction online as that particular machine was being re-filled. We apologize for the inconvenience.

This machine is fully operational. For ATM status and prices, you should always be visiting our website as it is the only place (other than at the machine itself) where we can provide and control the display of our real-time prices and ATM status. As with your local gas station, the "price at the pump" is the only price that will be respected. External websites may not accurately report or may delay the display of our BTC/altcoin prices.

Note that in cases when similar issues occur, all transactions are logged and are eventually sent. It is suggested to contact us via our website or using the number available on the machine for any support issues. Also, this machine has been upgraded to allow for 2-way transactions and the ability to sell your Bitcoins is coming soon.
