Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience. During moments of high purchase volume Bitstop may run out of bitcoin. Typically within 30-45 min all Bitstops are replenished with bitcoin and resume operation.

When any Bitstop location is out of bitcoin all Bitstop machines will be out of bitcoin.
