I bought $180 of BTC on Dec 2, 2022 at approximately 7:30am PST. This transaction was never completed. The money was never deposited. The machine keyboard never appeared on the screen, so no receipt was sent.

The machine does not reimburse your funds after one confirmation. It takes a really long time.

I tried contacting the phone number, but got no reply. I'll try to update this if ever get my funds back.

No longer works efficiently. I had to put in ID and take a picture to buy 100 dollars worth of btc. Took hours to get my information confirmed. Had to make a second trip. Machine went black while another person was scanning their ID. Just use an exchange at this point.

This location is now worthless. Every transaction requires ID and charges more than every online website. Your better and faster deal is pretty much anything else.

The machine works, but isn't your best value, by far. Can sometimes take a strangely long time to confirm. It does do multiple crypto now though, but it's all reflective on the btc price pretty much.

This is me again from the last review, thank you Mike for the response but there must be a misunderstanding. I bought $100 on Feb 1, Kraken rate was ~$8,600, got .010289BTC at ~$9,700 rate on receipt (13% total fee). If you have a $7 miner fee then what else could be wrong here?

Thank you for the comment. The pricing on the screen is the correct pricing, it's the receipt that's wrong and we are trying to work with the developer on updating the correct pricing. If you look at the blockchain.com and plug in your address, do the math it will correspond with the amount on the screen. We are really sorry the receipt is incorrect and working very hard on updating. One thing we've done is shared our API with coin atm radar to show what the rate is to help eliminate the percentage rate errors. Give us a call anytime and we can look into your transaction. Browsed the reviews before coming. The ATM did work, but confirmations took forever. Half the day. I also didn't get a text after one confirmation as it advertised. The actual buy price was 7.5% and sell price was 9.5% and didn't match the "check online" feature here on coin ATM radar.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Selling though, definitely exceeds 8%. It's there, but I would recommend local bitcoins and paxful., You end up getting a list of local people who are actively trading all forms of coin to cash and vice versa.

The machine actually, normally charges between 6-9% fees., Not including the miner fee. Yesterday it was charging 11%. States it pulls prices from bitcoinaverages, but it doesn't. The machine's live price displayed never matches the live price shown through krakens api or bitcoinaverage.com

Please point to where we advertise pricing using bitcoinaverage.com. We have always used kraken and have even state on this site we use kraken pricing. The machine shows the price of kraken and the percentage we charge built in. When you texted us last night, we took and shared with you screen shots of showing kraken's ($10,550 ) pricing and the wallet you were using of bitcoinaverage.com ($11,371) pricing and the spread between the two were over $780, which didn't even match any exchange out there at the time..bitstamp ($10,500) , and kraken ($10,550). When you compare pricing, please ensure you are using kraken pricing and not another exhange to get the correct percentage we charge; apples to apples. Thank you for texting us and asking how we charge.

Not working as of : 5:46 PM, Dec 28th 2017. Fails to send SMS verification. Called Bitcoin NW support number.a pre-recorded message explained that the internet is out to it with an unknown repair ETA.

This is the second time in a week I have driven 30+ miles to find it inoperable.

We are updating the website anytime one of the machines isn't working. The SMS verification was down due to a 3rd party glitch. We solved the problem later that day. We always try to answer the phone and if not, we have the voicemail set for that latest updates.

Excellent experience everytime. The software and interface is smoother than every other local ATM. The fees are fair for the convenience and quality. The owner personally responded and apologized when the system was down for a short time. Use this ATM!
