the machine scanner does not acknowledge the qr code when is presented

Hi, thanks for your note. I'm sorry you were having difficulty. Many people when they have this issue have actually selected the wrong coin type before scanning their address. For example, if you select "Bitcoin Cash" and try to scan a Bitcoin address, the machine won't recognize it / won't respond. There are other factors that can cause a failure to scan, though. The machine is all black with a lil athema logo in the middle.and doent do nothing.
