I was unable to find it or access it. The door was locked and I was not sure which intercom number to press to gain access to Kwong Wah Mansion.

Due to AML (Anti-money laundering policy), our machines have a upper limit per hour. When it hits the upper limit, it doesn't take any notes until the systems reset.
