Good experience using this cryptocurrency machine

Put 3 50 dollar bills in one at a time and on the 3rd bill a white screen popped up saying contact operator transmission error . Called vendor was told machine is full , someone will service it in a day or two and that my transaction will go through. Still nothing 2 hours + later
