There are multiple ways you can submit the information on your driver's license, if you're having trouble scanning the barcode on the back you can always email us a clear picture of your ID at [email protected] and include the phone number you used to create the account. We can then manually connect the information to your account.

Horrible experience. Fees are insane. Now waiting over an hour and the transaction still won't complete despite there being at least 18 confirmations on the network. Customer service isn't even open on the weekends. Will not be using Rockitcoin ATMs after this.

Drove up to the BP in Kenosha this morning. I arrived at approximately 9 am and the machine was reporting that it’s services were temporarily unavailable. I tried calling on several occasions but kept getting the general voicemail box.

This machine eats cards!!! Do not put your ID in the slot when it asks for it. Try to scan it - the scanner is HORRIBLE but sometimes it works. Fees are also extremely high - and they don't tell you this!!! It works but beware.

I would not use this atm. The operator disabled the fee reporting, which is shady. And the fees are way above an beyond what is standard. I will travel farther to a machine managed ethically

The price displayed at the machine is the effective price for a minimum purchase of $20 and the charge is comparable to a regular ATM, about $3. Higher amounts are tiered for a lower percentage surcharge. Our prices are in line with industry and area standards.
