I went there tonight. There was a sign in the window that says they are closed because they are moving to a new location. I went to the new location, and there is nothing there yet. I suspect the ATM won't be accessible until they reopen at the new location.

Using this machine is pretty straightforward. You just scan your phone's QR code, feed your cash, and then press send. I got my bitcoins within seconds of pressing send. The fees are high (approx. 10% + $5), but it's the price you pay for anonymity. $200 gave me $175 worth of bitcoin.
