I entered the coupon code, ATM said coupon is accepted, but in the BTC purchase I didn't get any discount. Also, the was no display of fee percentage neither on ATM display, neither on the final receipt. So in the end BTC purchase worked, but I did not like it very much and will go else where next time.

Hi dear customer, your purchase was probably with the discount code ZLAVA6, which give you a fixed discount, it is always 6.5%. This means that if the ATM fee is set to 7.5% and you use the discount code ZLAVA6, the fee will be 6.5%. However, if the ATM fee is set to 5% or 6.5%, the discount code will be accepted by the ATM, but the discount will be 0%.
