I’m trying to make a purchase insert the money 780 euro and they didn’t credit me my bitcoin rather they asking me to contact a security guard which I did, and the security guard started harassing me instead of him to take my money from the machine because the transaction didn’t go through

My transaction failed: tried to buy BTC for 780 EUR.
