I have overall a good experience with this provider, but I was a bit disappointed recently.
Some weeks ago I was selling and it seems like my wallet app has suggested too small transaction fee - which I didn't notice at that moment.
So the the first confirmation has come after some half day.
After 1-2 (and more) days I was trying to withdraw the money but I was only getting the message indicating the withdrawal is not possible, the ticket validity has run out.
It's kind of sad as the unconfirmed transaction was in the pool (after taking the ticket) within a few minutes, so they could verify it was sent.
Maybe the guys/girls could update their SW so the tickets could wait in the stack for longer time if the TX exists.
Currently it seems like my (small amount) crypto is gone and I don't know if it is possible to reactivate the withdraw ticket.
As a last try I've tried to reach out the help by a phone, but there was only a music - I've cancelled a call after more than minute of listening to music and turned phone dead.
But as I've already have written, my overall experience is good so I guess I'll use these ATMs again.
I just know I'll check the TX fee twice next time.
