This machine no longer converts Bitcoin to USD. Can't comment on other functionality.

Thanks for your report. The Maxwell is often restocked with cash, but there are still times when it does run out due to customer demand. You can actually check yourself here on CoinATMRadar by clicking on the location while on the map or going to the this page. It will give you an orange warning message at the top if it is out of cash. You may also contact us by phone or email to check on a particular machine before you go. Note that our Foodsmart Diversey and Armitage locations are cash-dispensing machines as well.
