Hello, went to Apex gas station (5301 East Drive 21227 in Maryland) earlier today for a mbtc withdrawal or to sell my mbtc. The atm took the coins from my wallet but did not offer me the opportunity to withdraw cash. I have a screenshot The machine timed out taking my money with it.

Hi, the ATM did not see your Bitcoins coming in before the price lock expired. We see that your coins did end up coming through about an hour after the transaction took place at the machine. We will still honor the Bitcoin price at the time you made the transactions however, and you have received a text message with information on how to redeem the cash at the machine when you get there.
