No parece estar funcionando correctamente. Le pide su identificación. Cuando se sostiene la identificación frente a la cámara, no sucede nada. Hablé con otra persona. No pudieron hacer que la máquina funcionara por la misma razón.

Nuestro ATM esta funcionando para los clientes registrados, actualmente General Bytes la empresa fabricante esta presentando un error el cual no permite nuevos registros pero es algo que lleva de incidencia 3 días y en lo cual se está trabajando para resolverlo a la mayor brevedad posible, por medio de nuestra línea de WhatsApp (+573242848163) hemos informado esto a los usuarios. Y hemos brindado opciones para realizar operaciones mientras se soluciona el inconveniente
