For the rest of the month, the price never crossed the $7,000 mark. September ended with the price of $6,593, which is a 7% decrease in comparison to the beginning of the month.

Unlike the price fluctuating trajectory, the number of new machines continues to grow at an approximately same rate as in August.

The situation at the top of the list remains unchanged where General Bytes remains on the first spot with 69 new machines (6.7% increase), followed by Genesis Coin with 31 installations (2.6% increase). Orderbob ATM, with 21 new machines (35.6% increase) took the third place from Coinsource who had only 2 installations this month (1% increase).
We are happy to see that in September a Colombian Manufacturer CoinLogiq had their first installation in Medellin. Their first ATM is Buy/Sell that supports Bitcoin, Ether, Litecoin, and Dash. On the other hand, BitAccess had a decrease of 2 machines (-0.9% decrease) this month.

Following the trend from previous months United States are at the top of this list with 50 installations (2.4% increase). Like in August, Austria with 32 new machines (16.2% increase) is on second place, followed by Canada on the third spot with 28 installations (5% increase).
Another good news is that in September Argentina and Belarus had the first ATM’s installed in Buenos Aires and Salihorsk.

In September, the number of altcoins accepted at ATM’s continued to increase and the percentage reached 58%. The two coins that were added at most machines in September were Bitcoin with 138 new additions (3.77% increase) and Ether with 137 new additions (10.55%). Closely following are Litecoin with 124 additions (6.27% increase) and Bitcoin Cash with 107 additions (10.72% increase). These were the only coins that were accepted at more than 100 ATM’s this month.
Summary
In September the Bitcoin price fluctuated and ended with a slight decrease. Manufacturers General Bytes and Genesis Coin installed the most machines. The average Operators machine increase was around 6 per day. Argentina and Belarus installed their first machines. Bitcoin was the most added coin.
